Coronavirus Pandemic : It is not a death sentence.

Coronavirus popularly known as covid 19, which originated in Wuhan, China has claimed a total of approximately 3million lives globally.

No one understand a pain that they have not felt . The truth remains those who stay optimistic in the face of death and sickness are just pretending, and for some they are trying to make themselves and all those friends and families who care about them happy.

Sarah was a promising final year meds student in the University of Lagos, some months before the quarantine began, she was diagnosed to be infected with Covid-19, she cried and cried, she couldn’t bear to break the news to her parents who were in the village. She taught she was going to die, she was kept in a special room for infected people. They asked for her family contact, so she gave her aunt’s number. When her aunt was told she lamented on what she is going to tell Sarah’s parents. When Sarah’s mother was told she suddenly fell ill. Sarah was getting worse by the day, she felt after getting so close to her dreams and to the life she always wanted she was going to die.

For Sarah, life is meaningless, and she has probably lost all hope of ever living. So with this story i asked myself, if I were in Sarah’s shoes, would I lose all hope in life. Yes I would feel bad, I would cry and cry
but I would also bear in mind that there are people out there whom I have impacted, and there are people out there who love and care for me. I will remember that there are people who look up to me and it will break them down to see me like this. I would get as much treatment as I can, and if I must die I will but not without hope.☝️ That there will be a cure soon.

For already affected victims, I and everyone at pixies blog do sympathize with you but it is not a death sentence so don’t give up, for those who are still fighting against these deadly disease keep fighting, for the families of those who have lost their lives due to this disease keep living they would want you to.

Everything has a positive and negative side, they say we should stay at home it looks all bad and boring but it is a lovely way to spend time with your family they would love it 💖.
