At least once in a while, we all want to be alone. Away from all that huzzle and buzzle of life, away from sounds of the busy road, people laughing, talking and chatteringšŸ—£ļø. Sometimes we just want to be alone, by ourselves, to figure it out, and people tend to bring out worst in us😠 if they try to ruin that moment of silence, peace and tranquility.

For some of us that time is the only time we get to relax and think about matters that needs brooding over or simply time to decide on issues that really affect our well being. If we don’t observe this ten minutes of silence by ourselves sometimes, then a whole day could go wrong.

Personally when I need to be alone, I just go to an empty room, by myself, a place that’s quiet, spacious and comfortable in other to just sit or maybe lay down for awhile. To think and relax my brain🧠 alittle, doing this could change my entire day, and even help me to solve a problem that’s been botherimg me for a long time, it also helps in decision making.

Most atimes when we need to be by ourselves, it gets a little tough, because of the kind of people around us. Some people don’t really know when you want to be alone, they just keep buzzing😄 around you. In most cases, we have got considerate people around, who understand us and our SOLO time.

When you observe your metime, try not to feel lonely. You just need some time to get to know yourself deeply, to put things in place in your life. You can’t always be surrounded by people, it is good to be by yourself atimes because those moments allow you to recollect, browse through your memory and arrange your thoughts. You may just find something missing or even something you were meaning to do but couldn’t point out.

When you fail to observe this SOLO time, you eventually feel confused, stressed and uncomfortable alot. This is because every single hour of the day, every week, and every minute, you are surrounded by people either talking, rushing or running from place to place. Obviously, you tend to feel suffocated, and you don’t even get to value the time spent with those around you.

It is a fact that when you see someone every single day, with no time to spare not even a little private time between you and that person, you tend to get tired of that person’s presence, you also tend to lose value of the time spent with that person. Someone who doesn’t have even a little time to themselves feels suffocated, stressed and always seems to be in a confused state of mind.

The only way to attain inner peace is making peace with your self. Being alone sometimes doesn’t make you a loner. The questions others dont seem to have answers to, can be found within you. Ask yourself, You might just have it .
